Who is a kinesiologist? What can you expect?

Nowadays, it is fortunately completely natural to seek help in mental issues, talk to psychologists, coaches, and other mental health helpers who use various methods to show us the way to solve and manage a problem. It’s good that the world has come this far, and hopefully, it will be even more natural for the future generations to seek the assistance of an external observer.
A kinesiologist is one of these helpers. This is a field that combines Eastern and Western views of approach of health and illness. It operates alongside traditional medicine, not as a replacement, but as a supplement. The kinesiologist does not heal or diagnose but can help reduce the amount of stress related to a specific issue.

When should you turn to me?
• When medical tests show no abnormalities, but you struggle with a lack of energy, physical-mental fatigue, or chronic pain without an organic cause.
• When extreme emotions appear mentally, or you feel stuck in something, unable to move forward.
• In cases of psychosomatic illnesses, infertility, or helping to process traumas.

What does the process look like?
After scheduling an appointment, we will have a roughly 60-90 minute meeting where we talk at first and deal with the issue in various ways. You are going to receive an anamnesis form via email, please fill in and send it back to me or print it and bring itt o this first occasion.
It’s worth having soma water with you, hydration is a key element is this process.
It is definitely worth coming with a specific issue or topic, but even if you just feel tired or lack energy and want help with that, it is also a valid topic.
Kinesiology approaches the problem holistically, so the specialist may ask about things that do not initially seem related to the issue.

We prepare both the client and the kinesiologist for the session.
We work with muscle testing, so it is important that the client's muscular system works well both energetically and neurologically, and that we receive real answers from the client’s subconscious. We perform "activation movements" together.
The kinesiologist does not follow a " given therapy" since everyone is unique, each person comes with different issues, and their solution strategies may vary. This is a process of personal development, at a unique pace and manner. The kinesiologist has a large toolbox with various tools. But which tool will help the client is indicated to us by the client’s subconscious through muscle testing. The tools are the corrections; we can help the body and mind in various ways: by massaging certain points, doing, brain integration movements, and sometimes through conversation during which the client develops in the matter. I use Back remedies therapy as well.
This becomes clear during the session.

How does the client leave?
What happens generally to everyone: is that they go home energized and ready for action, their pain, if they arrived with it, decreases, and they see their issue more clearly. It's important that in some cases there could be temporary donwfall, it is the sign of something is being processed, and even we can have a short illness or pain at the beginning.

How many times should we meet?
It is very important that the kinesiologist will not solve the problem. It is not their task. However, the client and the kinesiologist can outline a developmental process together regarding the issue. Smaller issues can be resolved after 2-3 sessions, while older blockages and bigger emotional problems may take more time. Once a week session can be an intensive therapy, 2-3 weeks time is adviced.
