This method was developed by a doctor, Edward Bach, who became disillusioned with conventional Western medicine and created his own system. The essence of this approach is to address the emotional roots of problems using the vibrations of healing flowers, trees, plants, and spring water. Bach didn’t focus on symptoms but on the emotions they elicited. This method is gentle and has no side effects, as it works on a psychological rather than a physical level.
In practice, this means that we explore the emotions behind the problem through conversation. Then, combined with kinesiology techniques, we identify the appropriate flower, tree, or plant that resonates with those emotions. We work with these emotions consciously as well. It is advisable to select a maximum of 4-6 types, and then I mix the blend. The drops can be placed under the tongue or in water daily, even multiple times a day, depending on individual needs. It’s recommended to give the flowers 3-4 weeks to work, after which we meet again to discuss and address any changes.
